Beams Inc. has specialized in laser micromachining since 1996. Coverage from UV to IR laser sources, including femtosecond and picosecond lasers, as the engines of laser micromachining systems, is our strong feature compared to the competition.

Beams Inc. serves a wide range of customer requirements for micromachining any kind of material:

Among them, micromachining systems based on excimer lasers is our great speciality. We import, install and maintain them by ourselves in Japan and often in other Asian countries. Our customers benefit from our portfolio of speciality and innovative systems which are not easily made by domestic system integrators.

Beams Inc. technical staff have many years of experience in getting the best out of excimer lasers and systems.

For testing the feasibility of applications, we have two excimer laser-based systems in house, and can demo both large(GSILumonics IPEX848) and small(ATLEX 300i) lasers at 248 nm and 193 nm.
